BC Alliance is an independent building consultancy — not a statutory Building Control Body. Our Review Certificate is an evidence-based independent professional assessment of your works, issued by a RICS-qualified surveyor. It is not a statutory Building Regulations completion certificate. For statutory sign-off, you must engage your Local Authority Building Control or an Approved Inspector.
